A PE-Owned $580MM+ US-Based Pharmaceutical Company​
Challenge: This company requested an outside, objective, assessment of its IT Operations leader with appropriate recommendations for improvement.

Solution: After extensive conversations with key stakeholders and a thorough review of past performance, we recommended the hiring of an interim, outside resource to oversee IT infrastructure, the rationalization of redundant technologies, the deployment of SSO capabilities and the automation of the company’s new employee onboarding process. At the client’s specific request, that resource was G.-A. Morin, CEO of GAMMA SOLUTIONS, LLC, who spent over one year in this role and recruited his eventual successor.
An $100MM+ PE-Owned Global Clinical Documentation Service Provider
Challenge: To help this company prepare for a “liquidity event.”

Solution: This client pursued an aggressive acquisition strategy and needed strategic IT assistance to achieve its goals. GAMMA SOLUTIONS, LLC developed the R&D and Digital IT due diligence methodology and managed the technical due diligence team on twelve acquisitions. This led to the successful purchase and integration of these new companies within 180 days post-acquisition, and a 10x revenue growth.

A European-Based, Multi-Billion-Dollar Pharmaceutical Company
Challenge: Led a massive data collection/analysis and implementation effort in preparation for the consolidation of 11 laboratories into one flagship lab building to be launched in 2026. This will become the company’s model for future lab consolidations worldwide.

Solution: GAMMA SOLUTIONS, LLC built trusting relationships with the Life Sciences IT & lab leaders to ensure that their digital infrastructure was ready for this massive transition to its new building. This assignment lasted for almost one year and has led to significant new assignments beyond this initial lab project.
A Privately-Owned, Pre-Revenue Canadian AI-Technology Company
Challenge: To help take innovative technology out of the lab. They sought an experienced executive to accelerate the launch and scale their “revolutionary” AI-based technology for body measurements using conventional smart phone technology.

A Commercial Stage $220MM+ US-Based Medical Technology Company
Challenge: To assess the company’s Network Infrastructure following two incidents and to then outline the prioritized roadmap of initiatives to secure the infrastructure while improving the resiliency of its critical Operations Center.

A Privately-Owned, Founder-Run $30MM+ Canadian Documentation Company
Challenge: This client desired the efficiency improvement of its “work allocation process” to successfully address a significant emerging market opportunity.

A PE-Owned $150MM+ US-Based Clinical Documentation Tech Company
Challenge: This client needed assistance delivering the next generation of its technology on a pay-as-you-use modality at a time when conventional (on-premises) solutions were the norm.

Solution: Recruited the team and delivered the infrastructure and the management discipline to create the new modality resulting in year-over-year triple-digit-growth, the eventual creation of a $90MM ARR stream, and the successful acquisition of this company by a large competitor.
